External pelvic balancing

External pelvic balancing draws upon a combination of different modalities to bring the pelvic space and the neighbouring landscapes into alignment for greater ease and flow. This session uses gentle holdings, therapeutic touch, and rebozo work to identify tensions and misalignments in the pelvic region, as well as look to the fascial connections between the face and the pelvic tissues. A highly attuned and deeply balancing session to address menstrual imbalances, pregnancy discomfort, birth preparation and postpartum healing. This session is practised on the floor on a futon.
