WORKSHOP
Embracing Touch - Partner Edition
In this post-pandemic world, touch has become the forgotten - almost taboo - language of times past. We know the power of touch - one of the oldest ways of healing and connecting. Modern science now shows the essential, alchemical response in our bodies that proves the importance of loving, present touch on our physiology and our social and emotional health. Beyond science, we know through our own personal and professional experience, the immense impact of integrating touch and massage into our everyday lives, with our loved ones, on our personal and interpersonal relationships.
This two-day workshop is a culmination of over 30+ collective years of Georgia and Phoebe’s drive to understand, work with, communicate, and guide people to feel better in their bodies.
In this edition of our Embracing Touch workshop, we invite partners, couples, friends, family members, and lovers ready to embrace touch.
Together we will explore…
~ The importance of connecting with and prioritising your own body
~ Self-care and embodied touch through movement and self-massage
~ Incorporating touch and massage into your relationship for deeper connection and care
~ Foundational tools for working with the body to release tension, de-stress, and nourish the nervous system and tissues
~ Oil massage techniques for the face, neck, head, and more
